Hello! As we begin a new semester and look forward to an exciting year ahead at UNC-Chapel Hill and the Ackland, I’d like to introduce myself in my new role of Interim Director. I’ve been at Carolina for 36 years, first as an art history graduate student, and for the past 25 years as a museum professional. I have particular expertise in developing interactive, interdisciplinary experiences with art, and I look forward to applying that expertise and my collaborative leadership style to the Ackland’s many major projects during the interim leadership period.

The future looks bright for the Ackland. I hope you’ll come visit us soon!
